Curb allure is the most important challenge you face when selling your home. Imagine your prospective buyers driving up and examining the property for the first time. Depending on the size of the home, you want them to exclaim "What a darling home!" or "Look at this mansion!" Buyers forgive little inadequacies in the property if they love the home from the first sighting.
